These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeye9 platform and website jeye9.lat. By using our services, you are automatically considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform. jeye9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will be published on this page.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on jeye9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may operate only one account in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• The account may not be used on behalf of or for the management of another person.

2.2 Account Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. jeye9 will not be liable for any activity carried out using your credentials by another person. Any unauthorised use of the account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeye9 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit them may result in the temporary suspension of account activity. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeye9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any third party are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is needed or unusual activity is detected.

3.4 Transaction Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in the account holder's name. Any attempt to transact from another person's account or an unknown source may result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of the associated funds.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, a 10x wager on the bonus amount must be completed. Note that wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = completing ৳20,000 in wagers will allow withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means, jeye9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. Only one welcome bonus is considered eligible per household, device, or IP address.

jeye9's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

To advance to a higher tier, you must remain regularly active and maintain consistent participation. Detailed guidelines for tier determination are available on the platform. jeye9 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jeye9:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Using any form of manipulation, bots, automated software, or exploiting system errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Fraudulently claiming or abusing bonuses.

In the event of a violation of any of the above conditions, jeye9 may suspend or terminate the account without prior warning and forfeit the associated balance and winnings.

All content on the jeye9 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and game content — are fully owned or licensed assets. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of this content without permission may be punishable by law.

Content from game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.
